At the Infinity Life Center, we consider testosterone replacement therapy to be only one component of a comprehensive wellness plan. As we age testosterone levels start to gradually decrease, by about 1% a year after age 30. Yet that is not the entire story. Many factors come into play in disease states such as diabetes, general health and physical activity. Although testosterone replacement therapy may be a treatment that is useful in many men, we also look at many other factors to optimize your health.
Testosterone imbalance can result in:
- Lack of energy- certainly this can be caused by low testosterone levels and can be restored by replacement.
- Accelerated bone loss and lower bone density.
- Muscle wasting or even lack of the ability to gain muscle mass with exercise.
- Decreased lean body mass- the fat lean body mass ratio can be effected by lower levels of this hormone.
- Loss of libido, decreased sex drive
- Poor erections and less erections.
- Irritability and depression may be attributed to low T.
- Decreased Athletic Performance
- Poor cognitive function

Best practices in Testosterone replacement therapy will consider the entire person.
When testosterone replacement therapy is performed properly, testosterone treatment can have profound effects on mental, physical, and emotional health. If therapy is not carried out properly side effects can result which are undesirable leading to an array of conditions such as gynecomastia breast tenderness and testicular shrinkage.
A very comprehensive approach to Testosterone replacement is what one should seek rather than a Testosterone mill. A look at the many other factors including lifestyle, diet as well as physical activity, are always in order. We at Infinity Life Center help you optimize all these factors in our programs.
Balanced therapy with other medications may also be needed.
Arimidex or other anti estrogen agents may be required in some cases.
It is well established that Testosterone can be converted to estrogen through an enzymatic process. This may result in side effects such as ; breast tenderness, gynecomastia, fatigue, impotence, water retention, depression, and clouded thinking.
One solution to this excess estrogen is to add certain natural vitamins and minerals such as zinc. Zinc for example can be a natural block to estrogen production. Another is the anti estrogen Arimidex which essentially blocks the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.
Some experts feel HCG known as Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, a placental hormone, will reverse or prevent testicular atrophy resulting from TRT. With TRT the male genitals receive feedback that the testosterone levels are normal though they are not. This is because the extra testosterone is injected, rather than being made by the testes. That is to say supplementation of testosterone may stop or decrease your own internal production of testosterone. In extremes this can lead to genital atrophy (shrinkage).
To counter these negative effects we may offer HCG to combat testicular atrophy as part of your program.
Comprehensive Labs and Follow Up Visits for Testosterone Therapy

Once that is obtained and we feel you are a candidate for TRT you will place you a custom designed program to optimize your testosterone level.
Our prices are very reasonable and in some cases insurance may cover the cost or part of the cost. The initial office visit is 150.00. This includes the initial evaluation and assessment. Actual treatment program cost are dependent on your evaluation and your selection.
